Field Trips

Due to the preparation necessary, visits for educational groups are scheduled by appointment only. The minimum group size is 10 and the maximum is 120.

Please let us know in advance if your group has specific learning goals or special needs; we can tailor the curriculum to best suit your students.

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for your reservation. Payment of the remaining balance is due when you arrive.

Rescheduling and cancellations:
Please call at least (2) days prior to your scheduled event if you need to cancel or modify your reservation for any reason.

Arrival time:
In order to accommodate everyone, we need your group to be prompt for your scheduled event. We ask that you arrive here 10 minutes before your scheduled event time.

Ice Cream:
Groups planning to enjoy Maple View Ice Cream must have their ice cream order prepared ahead of time. Available flavors: chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry sorbet (for the lactose intolerant). Order should be made by each child's name to ensure efficient distribution.
